Worship Coordinator
This part time position is a vital part of Ferry Memorial Reformed Church, serving as the central connection point for our congregation. This position prefers candidates with musical and/or theological education and experience in worship ministry. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational skills, and musical ability to enrich our worship services and foster growth within our church and community.

The Worship Coordinator should demonstrate the ability to:
Lead and direct congregational singing and the praise team.
Manage rehearsal and performance schedules of musical and technical volunteers to include Praise Team and Bell Choir.
Coordinate the worship ministry with the calendar and seasonal emphases of the church (ex: Palm Sunday, Easter, Advent, Christmas, and others.)
Work well in a ministry team environment with the Senior Pastor and the Pastor of Youth and Families as well as lead volunteer participants/leaders in the worship ministry.
Identify and procure necessary musical materials, instruments, and audio/visual equipment to support the church’s programs.
Provide guidance and support for special projects, ministries, and church activities related to musical needs.
Assist with arranging weekly worship services by attending staff meetings.
